We've made some changes to serve you better! The Community Foundation now considers grant applications three times a year instead of two. We've also simplified our Grant Guidelines, and a Word 2000 format as well as a PDF format Grant Application is available online for your convenience. Please download the Word application before filling in the blanks, then print and mail. The PDF application must be printed, then filled out and mailed. Applications must be postmarked or received by the dates listed below:
